Are you ready to work with Sytex?
To start working with Sytex from your smartphone, you will need to download it from the app store, depending on the OS. In the search bar, filter by Sytex and start the download.
Minimum requirements
The app is quite lightweight, so it doesn’t have many requirements to function. For Android, we require at least Android 7 and at least 2GB of RAM. For iOS, we require at least iOS 12.How do I log in?
Once your account is created, an email is sent to your inbox. From there, you can generate your password by accessing the link. Keep in mind that it is valid for 24 hours, after which you will need to directly initiate the process to restore the password from “Forgot my password!” Following the different steps, you can define it.Keep in mind that the password must meet the minimum security requirements:
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least one letter
- At least one letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character
- Email: Your Sytex user email, where you received an email to generate the password.
- Password: The password you have generated.
Remember that your password is only known by you. Nobody from Sytex or the operator can know or access it.
What do I do if I forgot my password or it says invalid data?
Don’t despair! With a few simple steps, you can recover your password. You will need to click on the ‘Forgot my password!’ option to start the restoration process. Automatically, an email with a verification code will be sent to your inbox.
